Anyone had an unstable iPod Touch 6th gen since iOS 10.0.1?

Since having iOS 10.0.1 for a week and a half I have started to have all of my apps crash before they have loaded, after a hard reset they still don't load if I have opened something like News or another stock app. I am now running iOS 10.0.2 which also has the same problem but a little more severe especially if I am using Bluetooth or WiFi. According to the description of the 10.0.2 update it was meant to fix these stability problems. I have also tried a soft reset which doesn't seem to have done anything. Anyone else had this problem, if so and you have sorted it can you tell me how or if i need to take it back under warranty.
