When the 3ds xl turns on I get a flicker on the top screen so I know it is getting power. The screen has slight glow so I think this suggests the backlight is on.
Everything seems to work but the top screen stays blank.
I have replaced the top screen but the problem remains.
All the connections appear to be good and I saw no obvious damage to any cables when I was replacing the top screen.
I made sure the WiFi board and the other small board are correctly on the motherboard.
I am baffled as to the problem at this stage. Does anybody have any ideas?
