Gyroscope or accelerometer keeps spinning

My gamepad's gyro keeps spinning super fast, even at rest. I tried resetting, resyncing and all of the other tips out there. It seems to think I'm spinning the gamepad at about 100 rpm.

Any way to replace them or fix this?
