I am using a galaxy tab 2 (gt p3100) for more than couple of years now.It was mainly used for occasional net surfing and whatsapp.
Very recently while i was surfing the web the network bars disappeared.I closed it but was not starting after though my battery level was about 20% .
I removed the sim card and even connected it to the charger but still wasn't turning on.After so many attempts it finally turned on.
when i began net surfing the exact same problem taken place once again.
What can i do.
I haven't updated it's firmware since i bought it.
A firmware update is available. Can it solve my problem.
