i will recommend these steps just uninstall the driver and restart the printer  and install the printer driver again from brother driver and support site click [http://goo.gl/KvS4dM|https://www.brother-usa.com/downloads/driverupdates.aspx] and  make sure  you update the driver and settings . let me know if anyone need anymore help . thanks
