Try a hard reset on your tablet.

Here is a link that shows how to do it. Start about 4:00 minutes into the video.

Be aware that if you do a wipe data/factory reset it will restore your tablet to a factory default condition. It will be like when you first bought it. All downloaded apps and user data will be erased.
