I just ran into an issue with my Early 2011 13" MBP where it would not power on. It may be a simiple fix! All i did was unplug the battery from the logic board and held the power button for 10 sec then plugged it the power cable while still holding the power button for another 10 seconds. I released then pushed the power button - it powered on. I shut it down - unplugged the power connector. Then plugged the battery back into the logic board. I finished with an SMC Reset - it differs by your model - if the battery is removable or not. Your mac doesn't have a removable battery I don't think.
Try following the instructions on this repair guide:
MacBookPro does not power up on AC power or battery.

Also, perform an SMC Reset after doing a power cycle.
