The focus does not work after acting on the zoom

Hi,

I have a Nikon Coolpix S6800 since two years.

For a month, it has a focus problem. At power ON, it works fine.

When I act on the zoom, the camera is unable to focus. The focus rectangle flashes red. Sometimes it turns green but if I take the photo, it is blurred.
