When replacing the LCD / Digitizer, did you pry out the charging port daughter board or did you leave it in there?
Because I think that connects (via multiple golden connection prongs) with the 3 touch sensitive buttons on the front display housing frame.

This is a pretty common issue across Nokia Lumia Digitizer repairs. You can see lots of posts on the internet where people complain that the digitizer / touch capacitive buttons don't work properly and this is usually why.

Double sided black or transparent tape works well in this case to increase gap.
