I have these prob too I can't fix it but I find to way to solve that temporarily

Just do this

Volume up everything ringing alarm media

Go to radio app and turn to sound to loud speaker

After that u will hear sound of radio

After close  radio app   using square button. On navigation pane under the display

I think This will work for u
