In order to remove the "google search bar" from the home screen i went down to SETTINGS>APPS>GOOGLE NOW LAUNCHER and then i found it already disabled so i uninstalled updates and tried to clear everything and disable it completely. After when i was done with it, i disabled every google related apps and systems. on returning to the home screen , the home screen stopped functioning and i was not able to access any app. i swited off my phone and now it is not restarting.
