MacBook A1502 Water damage

crwdns2934249:0crwdne2934249:0:

Hi guys,

I've been reading a lot and fixing macbook's and iphones with trial and error over the years.

So I now have a macbook A1502 with water damage.

Got the motherboard out, inspected it, cleaned it with isopropyl alcohol.

The mac boots up but shows the screen of empty battery.

The charger won't light up so I think the fault is in the DC board.

Am I right in thinking that if I buy a new DC board the laptop will perfectly fine
