My laptop hpG60 got a message from hp to check for viruses. After I allowed hp to run a diagnostic it suggested I backup my files. The blank DVDs and CDs were not recognized by my laptop so I had noting to back files up externally but it specified that my files would be backed up in :F of hard drive. As it proceeded to give commands I followed and at the end I got a black screen saying no bootable device--insert boot disk and press any key. Well I don't have a boot disk so how do I resolve this problem?
