Attention and black toner blinking. Not able to print

I've tried the hard and soft resets and the same error happens. I actually got it to print a picture and a test tone page after a dozen attempts but that seemed to be a fluke. At least I know it has plenty of black toner still. Also swapped another color with the black and the black toner light still blinks along with the attention light. I think something that reads the black toner cartridge is screwed up. Any ideas? BTW I'm using Windows 10 and can't figure out how to install HP's "toolbox" program.
