Hi Ryan,

Did you use a new front camera flex? If so,  you should try using the cable from another iPhone 5C, and make sure the proximity sensor isn't getting caught up underneath. Then of course, restart the device.

There are issues that can occur on the logic board, but they are very rare, at least from what I have encountered.
