Go  to your phone application, and hold down the "1" key. It should dial your Voicemail. If that doesn't work, you can tap "1" and call it, or you can call your own phone number. Sometimes that works. If none of those methods work, call your carrier and ask them how to setup voicemail. You may have to buy the voicemail feature.
