mmorazan312, it does not have one. Your Toyota's speedometer is controlled by a Speed Sensor that is attached to the top of the bell housing. There is a spindle that matches up with the Flywheel, and there is an electronic pickup that detects how fast the Flywheel is spinning and Sends the signal to the Cluster. If the electronic pickup part of the Speed Sensor is not detecting how fast the Flywheel is spinning, your speedometer will not work. Hope this makes sense.
-Now if your speedometer is not working, it could be the Vehicle Speed Sensor but also the cluster itself as well as the ECM. You do want to check on this. Let us know if you need more help.
+Now if your speedometer is not working, it could be the Vehicle Speed Sensor (VSS) but also the cluster itself (which would be my first choice since a failed VSS or ECM would most likely trigger a "Service engine Light" OBD code) as well as the ECM. You do want to check on this. Let us know if you need more help.
