Unit will not cycle on.

Unit turns on, says to wait for warm up then the screen goes spastic and will not boot.   Is there a reset option?   The power on/off switch is not responsive so I unplug the power supply.

I am not sure what I can do next.   Is it worth try to repair this unit.    HP Officejet 4500 wireless.     Thx in advance.
