try this and report back
1. Pullout the batter and wait for about 5 seconds then reinsert the batter
2. Press and hold Volume Up + Volume Down + Power key for some seconds.
3. When you see a menu with two options, remove your hand from buttons. Then hold down the Volume Up to enter Android System Recover.
4. Select the "Wipe data / Factory reset" by using the Volume buttons and press the Power key for confirmation.
5. Choose "Yes--delete all user data". Use Volume Down to scroll and Power button to select.
6. select "reboot system now".
allow the phone to reboot it will take some mins to initialize but not forever.... report back with if not succeed.
