hello friends ,
i am facing the similar problem. i have a galaxy grand 2 and it is showing the message "unfortunately netalpha has stopped . i am not able to do anything thing as when i respond to the message and press the OK button it again appears on the screen thus, not letting me do anything.
so, then i tried the all data backup reset with my notebook.
it solved my problem and my phone is working in a great condition and it feels like new....
you should also try this technique
