My iPhone 5c had a broken screen and I had it fixed but then it broke again and now it has a black screen with no back light and everytime I plug it in to the cable it vibrates continuously

Do I just need a new screen or is it something else?  I also don't want any of my photos or data deleted if its something more than the screen that needs to be fixed. PLEASE HELP
