How to remove the rear door handle assembly

Im trying to fix the rear locking actuator rod that connects to the inside of the door handle. The door lock ros clip broke and i got a new one but i have to remove the door handle to install the clip and i removed the screw and still it wont come out. I need help. Its a 2006 suzuki grand vitara.
