connected with my dongle device but its good sometimes

i connect my dongle device with my laptop but after using it for some time something like 30 - 60 minutes it shows me that i am connected but i have no internet, not sure what is the problem but it keeps on happening but all of the other devices connected is working normally. Is it my laptops issue or the dongle's issue?
