My Ninja blender ***10100 watt model BL700 30***   will not blend when I have something in it but will spin when it is empty it will not even blend ice cream I believe it is stripped in the base  gear or whatever you call the gear looking thing  in the bass that connects to the picher.. apart to get it off an epoxy it or something but I can't figure out how to get it off
