you can turn your phone into download mode* and then you can install stock rom**, and then it should work for you.
if it's not I don't have any other solution.

*to enter your phone into download rom you have to install Odin on your computer first, then (when your phone is off) press the volume up and the power button untile the logo showed up, then it will enter you into download mode
**To install rom stock you need to google - "Samsung Galaxy Note 2 Rom Stock" (you can add your country name if you wish)
