As i see, the glass is broken.

This spot can be result from the pressing of the broken glass. Unfortunately the glass and the LCD are glued, you can't remove only the glass.

Regardless if the problem is the glass or the LCD, you need a full spare part - display assembly - touch screen glass + LCD.
