The mouse that was in it died and now all the usb ports don't work in windows UT they do in bios the died one exempt. I tried a pci ether net adapter but it died when I plugged the died mouse in it. This happens before with another mouse on another pc. I think it's caused by the mouses still getting power from the pc when Off i know they get power because the lights inside turn on when plug in then stay on . The mouses work in bios but not when windows turns on. And as I said no usb ports work when windows turns on.
