microsoft no longer supports internet explorer. with that being said the first thing that needs to be done is for you to download another web service such as the ones mentioned earlier Chrome would be my pick and also firefox. it is good to have more then one because if something happens to one of them you can always use the other. So get rid of ie. like i said microsoft scrapped that and created an new web browser called edge. but go with chrome first and mozilla firefox. i hope this helps you with your issue
