My tablet won't go past the Black Screen with the Acer Logo flashing on it. It is an Acer Iconia B1-710 model. I did a soft reset , it still does the same thing. Sets and flashes the logo only. I also did a reboot, still nothing different. It has a MicroSD in it, can I reset to factory and the aps be saved to the SD card? What do I do? What caused this?
