My iPod seems to be having issues restoring. When I plug the iPod into the computer, running MAC OS X El Captain, the computer recognizes the iPod for a moment, while this happens the iPod displays a white screen for a moment and then shuts off, which disconnects it from the computer and the iPod reboots automatically to then start it over again. Any ideas what I may do to help this issue? I have tried the menu button and select button hold, but to no luck has it helped me; to add to that the iPod can not enter Disk Mode. Please help.
