When this plug came out you probably shorted the connector. Turning it own could of destroyed the xbox. All my not be lost though. Open it up and get to the board that has this connector on it. Get out a soldering iron and remove it carefully then see if the xbox comes on. It probably will since shorts on the board can trip the safety devices in the power supply.
