Earpiece Speaker is not working!

Hi everyone,

my iphone 5s earpiece speaker is not working, the microphone, loud speaker and everything else is working. i changed the earpiece speaker and yet still nothing. I've read other posts and and even restored the phone and still not working. what could be the fault?
