Phone booting up, then stopping and rebooting in cycle.

I pulled out my battery, put it back in, and it turns on to the Samsung Galaxy Light SGH-T399 screen, then turns off, and then in a few seconds, re-shows that screen. This has happened in a continuous cycle for the past 4 hours. I have tried clearing my cache, opening in safe mode. I don't know what to do.
