Fat PS3 YLOD Repair Have tried repair twice still no fix.

After the first fix I came to the possible understanding that I may have not been thorough enough with the repair so I chose to do it again. With more determination and better attention to detail was more thorough but again the repair did not work. At this point what can I do, anything?
