I changed the charger and kept phone on charging for few Hours. it started and working fine. what i figured out this normally happens if your batter drains too low. once it starts down allow the phone to drain again. this worked for me and saved my 6000-7000 Rs which Service Center was claiming to resolve the issue by changing motherboard.
Service Center guy will dis-assemble all the components and assemble them again. you can watch video in your tube for the same. doing this resets the phone and it resolves the problem in majority of cases.
