Gaps in between plastic bezel and digitizer on iPad 2!

I purchased a digitizer and plastic bezel from a company near my local area, but I get some gaps in between the plastic bezel and the glass digitizer and it's annoying, what could be causing the issue? And how can I sort it out? It's almost like either the bezel or the screen arnt big enough. Any answers are greatly appreciated, many thanks.
