This solution works fine for me:

> hold down the power button for about 30 sec.

> maybe it helps to repeat thise step several times.

> if it still not works, hold down contineously the volume-plus-button and then the power button for a while -> starting into the UEFI/BIOS-menue.

> if nothing happens, try both more than once.
