Hi,
Have you tried charging it with a USB cable connected to a PC?
If it charges, you have a faulty power adapter and need to replace it.
Allow your phone to fully charge before you turn it on.
-If it doesn't charge with the USB cable connected to a PC, you either have a faulty charging circuit in the phone or a faulty battery.

+ Hi,
+Not sure what it is you want to find.
+If it is the USB cable, what you need is called a "micro USB to USB cable". This is what the ends of the cable looks like. You plug the small end into your phone and the bigger end into a USB port in a PC. It is available from Walmart, Ebay, Amazon etc.[image|724865]

+If it is a new power adapter that you need here is a link that shows a power adapter with a USB cable that is suitable for your phone.
