My Keurig has the following issue: When I brew a cup it is not filling to the appropriate water level. (6 oz will only brew on the 8 oz setting) I've noticed that in the refill tank there is this rubbery thing and as coffee is brewing, water is leaking out of that back into the tank. Does this mean the water pump is broken and needs replaced or is it something else.
