Screen Problem that got oily after spraying it with universal degrease

My name is Meroojan, I have a surface pro 2 and the fan has a problem, it has ridiculously bad noise so I tried to use Universal Degreaser for cleaning the fan without opening it, unfortunately the oil containing in spray got behind the screen, should I open the surface and change the screen ? or can I clean the oil away in other ways?
