Did you just buy replacement glass? I don't believe it's possible to just replace the glass on the Note 5, i'd be extremely impressed if someone could.

Edit: As mentioned in my original post, it's not possible as Matt highlighted below without specialised equipment. You need the full LCD/Digitizer/Glass replacement. I'd advise you to return the one you purchased via Amazon.
