i placed my laptop in a cupboard for a week. when i tried to start it. it didn't start. capacitor on the board are short. and capacitors in the cpu socket are short. when i plug in charger the charger goes off. i cleaned the board with wd-40 and then a contact cleaner. but the problem is not solved. plz help me guys
