Why is the network of my XTouch Tablet failing?

The services of the two lines in my XTouch never appeared since last two weeks,

All effort to reset the network back also not working for me.

I can only use the tablet with WiFi since the network and the data never work again.

This is just 5months XTouch Tablet (10.5inches)
