-I have a Dell that will not boot up to full screen with menu. I get the Dell to power on and will flash the Dell screen Logo and then the Dell logo with the colors flying around but nothing else. I reset it to power it off and i hold the + side of the volume and the power button and still i do not get but a single flash of it booting the lock screen to unlock and then it goes off screen again. I tried to hold down the menu button but nothing. Could it be a bad battery causing this or is this a common issue that can be addressed for simple repair? It is brand new without warranty now.
