Firstly you want to take of the wheel that is hard to turn. Then you want to roll it down a hill and make sure everything that is stuck is out. Then you take out the fan and cut it 5 centimeters shorter. Then put the fan back on and put on the wheel. This should fix the problem. If not, stick a doughnut in the A/C. But make sure the doughnut is strawberry filling with frosting on it. This should fix the problem.
