Why is my magsafe blincking green and the MacBook won't charge

my macbook pro 15" won't start up, or turn up, but the magsafe lights only green not red???

please help me,

i tried using a 60W magsafe it turned on but not charging, showing on the power loggo 'replace'

please help me with what to do.
