Okay does not look like it suffered from the same chipset issues. I would suggest that you add a couple of images of what your display looks like with your question. It is difficult to make a definite diagnosis but from what I can see, I would replace (repair) the T-con board. Check [https://www.shopjimmy.com/tvs/tv-t-con-boards?tv_brands_select=Vizio&tv_models=Vizio+VW46LFHDTV10A|on here] for parts or repair of your board.
