Try resetting or rebooting the tablet. You can do this three ways:
* Push a safety pin through the reset slot located on the opposite end of the tablet as the camera
* Hold down the power button for a few seconds until the screen goes blank
* Take the battery out and then put it back in
Try turning on the device. If the device still won't turn on, then the memory storage may be full. You can expand the memory storage up to 32GB by adding a SD card.
If the above does not work, then the problem may be with the screen itself. The screen may need to be replaced.
