How to fix my 2004 f150 5.4 triton radio.

I got this truck used and I have a cassette and at least one CD stuck in the radio and am not sure how to get them out, without having to replace the radio it self, but I do know that I need to take the plastic covering off and how to do so. The question I have is what do I do after the radio is out of the truck?
