Broken ribbon cable connector.

While I was inspecting the ribbon cable, I bent it back too far, breaking the slot for the ribbon cable right off the motherboard and lifting the pads as well as damaging a couple of traces.

I have solder, a soldering iron, a decent microscope, tweezers and a heat gun.. Is there any way to fix it or do I have to buy a conductive pen to repair the traces?
